☆Bittersweet Chocolate Cake☆


🔷 Ingredients:

· Chocolate (cacao 70%) ····· 60 g · Ghee · · · · · · · · · · · · · 1 tablespoon · Egg ············ 1 piece · Almond milk · · · 100 cc · Rum· · · · · · · · · · ·1 tablespoon · Raw walnut (chopped) · · · · · · · appropriate amount

<A> · Protein (chocolate) ····· 40 g · Soybean powder ··············· 40 g · Pure cocoa powder (no sugar) ····· 3 tablespoons · Stevia · · · · · · · · 2 tablespoons · Baking powder ····· 4 g


🔷 Instructions:

1. Sift <A> ingredients into a bowl.

2. Place the chocolate in a heat-resistant bowl and warm it up slightly with the range (about 600 w / 40 seconds).

3. Add 2 g of ghee add the eggs and mix well. Add almond milk.

4. Put ingredients A with the rest of the ingredients then add the rum.

5. Place it in a baking pan with a cookie sheet and flatten the surface. Scatter the crushed Walnuts.

6. Bake in the oven (preheated to 170 degrees) for 12 minutes.

7. When baked wrap with a cling wrap and cool in a refrigerator for 2-3 hours then serve.
