Dark and robust with an earthy taste. A savory honey which pairs well with chocolate or used in heavy sauces. Extracted late Spring from avocado blooms in Southern California. All natural, raw, unheated and unfiltered.
 
Please store at room temperature. If crystallization/granulation is observed, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water for twenty minutes to re-liquefy.
