Shipping & Returns

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club credit and debit card.

 

Payments for orders on this website will be processed in US dollars($). If you are purchasing in currency other than US dollars($), the total price of your order might change due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Please note that all the currency conversions will be processed through your credit card company based on their exchange rates.

 

We also have the Japanese version of the website, where you will be able to make a purchase in Japanese currency(¥). 

 

Shipping

For international orders outside of United States, each delivery package can contain up to 4 items. If you order more than 4 items, your order will be separated into multiple deliveries.

Rainbow Farms ships online orders to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii via USPS. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. If for any reason your order is delayed longer than this due to backorder, you will be notified via email. You should receive your products within 3-5 business days from the date your order is shipped.

 

We ship international orders via USPS ePacket. For orders to some countries where USPS ePacket is not available, we ship via regular postal service. Delivery time differs based on destinations.

 

Shipping fees

For standard orders placed in the continental United States, you will not be charged an additional shipping fee. You will be charged an additional shipping fee for international orders based on destinations. Please refer to the order check out page for specific shipping fee for your country. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer support at info@rainbowfarmsusa.com.

 

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if you have the following conditions on the item:

  • The item is damaged when you received.

  • The expiration date of the item is passed over when you received.

Please contact us within 7days with the following information;

  • Email Address

  • Name

  • Order Number

  • Name of the product and quantities of items you would like to return.

  • Details of the damages on the product

  • Pictures that shows damages or defects on the product

 

We will email you regarding how you can ship the product back to us.

 

If you are returning the product for a reason other than damages on the product, you will be responsible for your own shipping cost.

 

We do not accept returns on a product purchased through third party. Please contact them directly regarding their return policy.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment.)

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
