- 1/4 cup of Ghee butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
1. Melt Ghee butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Stir in the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Cook garlic in butter for a minute then add asparagus cook for 10 min.
