- 1/2 Cup Ghee Butter
- 5 Cloves Garlics, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons of Oregano
- 1/4 Cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Bread for dipping
1. Melt Ghee in a small shallow pan and set over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic, leave the Ghee butter and garlic over the heat then pour the butter onto a deep plate.
