Ghee | Baked Chicken Thigh with Potatoes and Lemons

Ingredients (Good for 4 people)

-Chicken thigh (1 bite size) 1 piece (350g)

-Potato (1 bite size) 6 pieces (465g)

-Broccoli (5-6 bunches)

-Lemon (sliced) 1 whole piece

-Ghee butter 1 and ½ small tbs

-Garlic 2 pieces


-Olive oil 3 tablespoons

-Herb salt (a hint of it)

-Black pepper (a hint of it)

-Rosemary (a hint of it)

-Pink pepper for decoration


1. Put chicken thighs and potatoes on the heat-resistant dish.

2. Put smashed and crushed garlics, ghee butter in #1 dish, and lemon on the top of it.

3. Put <A> in and rosemary.

4. Heat it up in the 200 Celsius oven and bake it for 45 minutes. Lastly, decorate with pink pepper.
