Ghee | Mushroom Omelet


Mushroom is used for variety of foods such as, a pizza, mushroom soup, and a pasta. Mushroom has full of nutrients: Vitamin B, Riboflavin, Niacin, Potassium, Copper, and etc. Some scientists say it helps for your cancer, weight loss, and raising your immunity level. Mushrooms have many types of kind you can enjoy many different flavors, and scents. Here’s our Mushroom Omelet that matches well with our ghee butter for sure!


Ingredients

- Mushroom 30g

- King oyster mushroom 30g

- Shiitake mushroom 30g

- Shimeji mushroom 50g

- Maitake mushroom 50g

- 4 eggs

- Soy milk 50cc

- Ghee butter 1 and ½ small tablespoon

- A piece of Garlic (Chopped)

- Black Pepper

- Salt

- Green Onion

- Pink pepper


Instruction

1. Heat a pan and put a ghee butter, and garlic until you want to smell good scent of garlic

2. Put all mushrooms in a pan until they become tender, and add black pepper and salt to adjust the taste, and remove it from a pan

3. Get a new bowl, crack all 4 eggs in, and put soy milk and salt, and mix all of them together

4. Put a tablespoon amount of olive oil in a pan that you used for stirring mushrooms, and put all of them from Direction #3

5. Reallocate your food that you made in #2 into a pan and when #3 becomes omelet, your meal is ready!
