- 2 eggs

- 1 tablespoon Ghee butter

- Salt


1. Whisk eggs in a bowl and add salt or any ingredients you would like to add.

2. Heat a frying pan and add ghee and spread it all over the pan.

3. Pour the egg mixture in the heated pan and cook both sides.
